Booking Terms

Initial Booking Amount – A deposit is often required at the time of booking, which can range from 10% to 30% of the total package cost.
15 days prior to the departure date – 75% of the remaining tour cost.
07 days prior to the departure date – 100% of the tour cost required.

Please Note: Non- Refundable Services in the tour package has to be paid in full at the time of Booking.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days before departure: Typically, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total package cost. This fee may cover administrative costs and initial booking charges.
15 to 30 days before departure: Cancellation fees usually range from 30% of the total package cost.
7 to 14 days before departure: Cancellation fees often range from 50% of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: Cancellation fees can be 100% of the total package cost. In this case, no refund is typically provided.
