With over 50 years in crew management, Mr. Filippo Guadagna has had a remarkable career in the maritime industry. He served as Crew Director for Costa Crociere for over 20 years before co-founding Sirius in 1998, alongside D'Amico Societ di Navigazione in Rome. Mr. Guadagna established the first Indian manning agency in Mumbai, which has since grown to become the largest office within the Sirius & Baleno Travel.
